The solar eclipse of July 22, 2009 was the longest total solar eclipse of
the 21st century lasting as much as 6 minutes and 39 seconds in some
places. It's also known asa the "BIG MONSTER ". Malaysians can observe
only partial solar eclipse between 8.23 am and 9.48 am on Wednesday.
There will not be a longer eclipse than this unitl 2132.
This unexpected decent of night a day seems to be the root cause of
all tales,beliefs and traditions.
1. A woman was killed in a stampede at the Ganges river in India where
devout Hindus had gathered for the eclipse.
2. India superstitions based on HIndu mythology says and eclipse is
caused when a dragon-demon swallows the sun.
3. Sun rays during an eclipse can harm unborn children.

Now, here's my superstitions version of eclipse today
I remembered that today I have Chemistry Lab class at 12.00-2.00
I prepared myself for the class by bringing lab coat, wearing long pants,
with covered shoes, bring notes for lectures...F.i.N.e
Suddenly,,,when writing on my econs past year question while
Ms. Leong dictate the answer O.M.G !!!!
I realise i did not bring my Chemistry Lab Manual
i turn to my right hand side and gasp
"I D-I-D N-O-T B-R-I-N-G L-A-B M-A-N-U-A-L "
guess who's on my right ? who else during Econs ?
my Econs buddy, my saviour ! thank you Rachel Chiah
i'm so scared cause you know, MISS KANA's class
will never even turn to my right or left to talk to friends
she sms Erwan to ask whether he has lab today
*tink* oh YES,,YES ,,YES !! he has 10-12 chem lab
just nice, i got his lab manual " pretending" it's mine during lab
phew, luckily ms. kana did not check on my book =)

Secondly, while doing the experiment with my partner
another Racheal ( the evil one ) ^^ heheh
instructions says heat GENTLY, how to heat gently 0.0
ok, i'm the one who's heating the boiling tube by holding
it with the wooden test tube holder
then, i heard a "POP" sound. it's not the hydrogen "pop"
sound test. i know something's wrong .
i look at racheal lum with my thoughts went blank
"shit, i need to pay for the apparatus i just broke"
and it's not cheap at all. a stupid thermometer cost RM 80
boiling tube cost RM 20, mini measuring cylinder cost around
RM 5. The price is just crazy. i can skip my one meal for that.
when we went to tell the lab assistant, she said NEVER MIND
i was so happy..yahoo. maybe she's in a good mood
if not i'll say goodbye to my RM 20 =(

thirdly, when i got back home.
grandma told me there'll be no water supply from 7 pm onwards
okay,i'll bath earlier today
However, by 5.00 pm the water supply is in shortage already
which means we'll be stinky for the whole night
nolah...we went to bkt jalil club to bath
got back home at 7.30 pm and had dinner

i'm leaving for a camp tomorrow early EARLY morning
it has been sometime, erm a year i did not go for camp
This time, i'm going to Nomad's Earth Camp, Gopeng
at Perak.

July 10th
--team bonding games and energizers + tone setting
-- trasfer to Gua Kandu for caving and flying fox
-- Drum circle

July 11th
-- Earth Camp for Solid Foundation
-- back to kl

Around 20 + SaSarians will be joining
it's time to enjoy and be crazy !!!

IT's CHEER 2009 COMPETITION

and a mini concert its 10th years anniversary

as usual, the crowd, musics, dance, shouting

i reached Bukit Jalil at 12.30 pm,

there's already a massive crowd

i couldn't see where's my friend sitting

but..the competition had started a few hours

don't care, i sat randomly at the orange team

although i'm wearing all black =)

i missed out my school performance

never mind, i still get to see the big hit which's

the ending

2nd runner up : Calyx, CHS

4th : Titans

5th : Dynamitez , DJ

Best Teacher Award : Pn. Azwana, MURIEL

Best Showmanship : Pirates , Cochrane

Best Dress : Calyx

Best Supporter : Blitzers

it's a bit disappointed that Vulcanz all Boys did not get any

to me they did very well ! Good job boys
